New HVAC Project

Completion Date: November 2025
For this project, our scope included a crane lift, demolition of existing ductwork, and installation of new HVAC components including one owner-furnished rooftop fan, two ceiling exhaust fans, galvanized ductwork per SMACNA standards, duct insulation wrap, registers, grilles, diffusers, metal case tops, temperature and humidity controls, and DDC BMS integration, along with 3D BIM modeling, HVAC cleaning, and general site cleanup.
Scope of Work:
- 1-crane lift
demo ductwork - 1-new rooftop fan (furnished by owner)
- 2-new ceiling exhaust fans
- furnish and install new metal for top of cases.
- furnish and install r6.0 duct insulation wrap.
- furnish and install registers, grilles, and diffusers.
- furnish and install galvanized ductwork in accordance with smacna standards.
- 1-year labor workmanship and equipment warranty on provided by b&b.
Sign on the general contractors’ building permit with all related fees.
Paid by the general contractor.
Our scope excluded line and low voltage wiring, fire safety systems, structural work, roofing, plumbing, asbestos-related work, commissioning services, and other specialty items, with certain elements such as housekeeping pads, painting, permits, and additional trades by others.
