Everything we do revolves around how we can make your service experience better. We believe that should be the number one priority for any service-based company.
2. Measure & Reward Performance
We believe in measuring results and rewarding accordingly. Technicians need to know where they stand, and they should be rewarded when customers are happy and key performance metrics are met. On the contrary, properly handling poor performance is even more important. We use qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure our technicians to ensure that any poor performance is immediately corrected.
3. Do What We Say; Say What We Do
If we make a guarantee or say we are going to do something, we are going to do it. There is nothing worse than a company that says one thing and does another. Honesty is absolutely paramount for all involved – customers, employees, and the community at large.
