We completed the following scope of work for a GC who worked closely with Einstein Bagel’s to bring this location to life!
Scope of Work:
- (2) rooftop exhaust fans
- (2) ceiling fans
- (1) duct detector (furnished by owner)
- (1) key switch in the ceiling (furnished by owner)
- Professional installation of (1) new RTU (rooftop unit) furnished by the owner
- Registers, grilles, and diffusers
- R6.0 duct insulation wrap
- Temperature control systems and humidity sensors
- One-year labor, workmanship, and equipment warranty (B&B-furnished equipment only)
Permit under General Contractor’s building permit
