New Build Plumbing Project

We recently performed the plumbing scope for this new construction Floor & Decor in Venice. Our contract included the installation of water closets, lavatories, drains, carriers, cleanouts, water heaters, piping, and insulation. The contract we signed did exclude demolition, structural, roof, fireproofing, asbestos, and concrete work. The piping included copper and cast iron, fixture setting, and condensate drains. Scope of Work:
Water closets (WC-1) – wall mount, flush valve
Urinals (UR-1) – wall mount, flush valve
Lavatories (LAV-1, LAV-2) – drop-in and wall-hung
Sinks (S-1, FMS, FS-1) – mop sink, floor sink, countertop
Carriers – lavatory (CLAV), urinal (CUR), single/double vertical (CWSV, CWDV)

Ice maker box (IMB)
