Scope of Work:

• Two total crane lifts

  • First crane lift – 1 Season Four Unit, 2 Lennox Units

  • Second crane lift – 1 Season Four Unit, 2 Lennox Units

• 4 new rooftop exhaust fans (furnished by owner)

• 3 rooftop exhaust fan removals

• 2 grease hood removals

• 1 new grease hood (furnished by owner)

• 6 rooftop unit removals

• 6 rooftop unit installations (equipment furnished by owner)

• Registers, grilles, and diffusers

• Galvanized ductwork per SMACNA standards

• 1-year labor workmanship warranty

• R6.0 duct insulation wrap

• Permit coordination with GC, permit fees paid by others
