Remodel Mechanical Project

For this project, our scope included the demolition and installation of rooftop units, exhaust fans, and grease hood. We insulated all installed duct work and air distribution components. Our contract included a one-year parts and labor warranty, but had exclusions for controls, wiring, structural, roofing, & commissioning. 

Scope of Work:

• 3 crane lifts in total 

• 3 rooftop unit demo (old Season Four units)

• 3 rooftop unit installs (for three new Season Four units, furnished by owner)

• 4 rooftop exhaust fan demo

• 4 rooftop exhaust fan installations (fans furnished by owner)

• 1 grease hood demo

• 1 grease hood install (furnished by owner)

• Registers, grilles, diffusers

• R6.0 duct insulation wrap

• One-year parts and labor warranty on B&B provided equipment

• General contractor permit sign-on (fees by GC)
