Plumbing scope includes installation of fixtures, drains, and piping per drawings using PVC, PEX, copper, and black iron. Work includes excavation and backfill. Excludes specialty items, structural modifications, fireproofing, roofing, asbestos, and non-scope plumbing or electrical work.
Scope of Work:
Fixtures, drains, and equipment as shown on Drawing #P000 dated 08/04/22 and/or approved equal
Owner-furnished plumbing fixtures listed on the Owner’s fixture schedule
Excavation and backfill for plumbing installation
Schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings for all underground and above-ground sanitary and grease piping
Type “PEX” pipe and fittings for all underground domestic water piping
Type “L” copper pipe and fittings for all above-ground domestic water piping
PEX pipe and fittings for filtered water lines
Black iron pipe and fittings for gas piping
