New Build Plumbing Project
Location: 2150 East Bay Dr Largo, FL
Completion Date: March 2025

For this project, our scope included installation of specified fixtures, SCH 40 PVC for DWV piping, copper for domestic water, PEX for RO water, and black iron for gas. Also included pipe insulation. Our scope did exclude grease interceptor, insulation on cold water, demo, and specialty work.

Scope of Work:

• All drain, waste, and vent piping above and below slab SCH 40 PVC pipe and fittings

• All domestic water piping copper pipe and fittings

• All RO water piping Uponor PEX pipe and fittings

• All gas piping black iron pipe and fittings

• All hot, hot water return, and condensate piping insulated

• Procurement and installation of all fixtures, including but not limited to sinks, toilets, urinals, floor drains, clean outs, & hose bibs.
